How to Use This Site

We’ve made selecting your home’s audio, video, and low-voltage upgrades simple and stress-free. Follow the steps below to build your custom package at your own pace.

1. Log In

Use the password provided by your builder to access your home’s upgrade portal. This ensures you’re viewing options specifically available for your project.

2. Your Home Comes Standard with Ridgeline

Your home already includes our Ridgeline Package as a standard feature. This package provides a strong foundation for your home’s wiring and connectivity.

  • Up to 6 Cat6 Cables

  • Media enclosure

  • Network Switch

  • Testing & Termination

From there, you can explore additional upgrades to enhance your system based on how you plan to use your home.

3. Browse & Select Your Upgrades

Explore available packages and add-ons, including:

  • TV mounting and installation

  • Distributed Audio systems

  • Structured wiring (Cat6, coax, etc.)

  • Home theater systems

  • Wi-Fi and networking solutions

  • Smart home and lighting options

Each section will show pricing and details as you make your selections.

4. Customize Your Setup

Mix and match packages or add individual upgrades based on your needs. You’ll see running totals within each section to help guide your decisions.

5. Submit Your Selections

Once you’re finished, click Submit. This sends your selections directly to our team—no payment required at this stage.

6. Receive Your Proposal

We will review your selections and create a finalized proposal. This will be sent to both you and your builder for review.

7. Review, Approve, or Request Changes

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Approve the proposal as-is

  • Request adjustments or ask questions

  • Work with us to fine-tune your setup

Nothing is finalized until you’re completely comfortable with your selections.
